Please note that when you provide us with information or use our services, we generally assume that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.
What information do we collect about our guests?
We primarily collect and process the data we need to ensure that your participation in the festival runs smoothly. First and foremost, we collect the information that you provide to us in the course of your registration (especially when you create a "profile"). Specifically, this includes the following data:

Normally, this data is sufficient for us to process your participation. Should additional data be required in individual cases, we would discuss this with you directly.
What information do we collect during your visit?
As a rule, we do not collect any personal data from visitors during their participation in the Lighthouse Festival. At most, you may be seen in photos and videos published on our website or other online channels. Please note that it is essential for us to report on the festival, and for this it is also necessary to publish photos and videos. Please also note that you have agreed to the use of images as part of your booking.
Should you discover photos on our website or on our other online channels that you are not happy with, please let us know at reservation@lighthousefestival.tv. We will then take remedial action immediately. We will then remedy the situation immediately.

We store and process this data exclusively for the purpose of participation or enabling reporting.
What other information do we collect?
We would like to point out that the entire event is constantly accompanied by the media - after all, this is part of the experience - and therefore it cannot be ruled out that you will appear in the course of it in film or photo recordings made by third parties. Insofar as we are responsible for this, we will of course ensure compliance with the relevant regulations (in particular § 78 UrhG).
Apart from that, we will of course save any email correspondence with you. We need this not only to communicate with you, but also to be able to understand later why we have done what for you.
